Providing a Voice for Our Members

NorCal works with Eddie Bernacchi of the Politico Group, advocating for issues and monitoring legislation to protect NorCal members specifically, and the union construction industry in general.

NorCal’s California Legislative Conference (CLC) of the Plumbing, Heating and Piping Industry makes contractor voices heard at the state legislative level regarding regulatory and legal issues that affect our industry. Through communication with members of the legislature and coalition building with other union contracting groups, NorCal has the weight it needs to be instrumental in statewide and local legislation affecting the contracting industry.

Our political action fund supports local and state candidates who support our industry.
