    Kevin Bianchi

    Kevin Bianchi started as a project manager at Western Allied Mechanical in 2008 after graduating from the University of Southern California.  He is now a Vice President at Western Allied Mechanical and is looking forward to giving back to this great industry as a board member of NCMCA.  He lives on the peninsula with his wife and two young children and enjoys traveling, playing sports, and trying new restaurants.

    Jeremy Clark

    Jeremy Clark is a seasoned professional with two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry. Over the past 13 years, Jeremy has been a dedicated member of the TIMEC team, where he has held various pivotal roles. In his most recent position as Labor Relations Manager for the past five years, Jeremy has demonstrated expertise in managing Union relations for the Company, including analysis of complex legal matters, conflict resolution, leadership training, collective bargaining negotiations and contributing to the success of TIMEC in the ever-evolving energy sector. As a member of Northern California MCA, Jeremy serves on its Education Committee and the UA 342 Negotiations Committee, and was recently the Chairman for the UA 343 Negotiations Committee. In his time away from work, Jeremy enjoys spending time outdoors, camping and boating with his wife Nikol and their two children Savannah and Hayden.

    Nathan Kruse

    Nathan Kruse is the President & CEO who oversees and directs the day-to-day operations of L.J. Kruse Co. including estimating, and project management. Nathan has a tremendous amount of pride being the 4th generation of the family business and is very fortunate to be able to say he truly enjoys the work he does. With an industry that is ever changing, no two projects are alike and the challenge of working through issues and being a part of the new generation of building and remodeling the San Francisco Bay Area is a very rewarding experience. In addition to managing the company operations, Nathan also strives to maintain a world-class company culture. Outside of work, Nathan spends much of his time hiking and exploring Tahoe with his pups and family.

    Sheri Learmonth

    Sheri is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Marina Mechanical Services. She was also appointed by the Governor of California and currently serves as a Commissioner on the California Apprenticeship Counsel where she is the EEO Chairperson, serves on the Board as Treasurer for a non-profit Women in Construction organization and Chairs the WiMi Committee for NCMCA, all to supports her passion of bringing more women into construction.

    Kevin Parker

    Kevin's industrial mechanical expertise includes qualification as a responsible managing employee (RME) for PM's C-36 Plumbing License. He has administrative credentials through Dale Carnegie Sales Training, as well as West Point's Thayer Leader Development Training. Demonstrating his commitment to safety, Kevin also holds an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Certificate for Contra Costa County. Kevin received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from California State University, Chico, where he also minored in marketing and recreation administration.

    Michael Potts

    Michael has an extensive background in the HVAC industry, a total of more than 25 years of experience. He has navigated both the Construction and Service aspects of the business. Currently, he is managing all service-related operations at ACCO, including Sales, Field Operations, and overall management. He also is a member of the ACCO Leadership Committee. Additionally, he contributes to the advancement of the industry as a board member for Northern California MCA and serves on the MCAA Education Committee. Notably, he is a veteran that proudly served in the US Air Force.

    Brian Pyle

    Brian has spent his entire 27-year career in the mechanical engineering and construction industry in engineering, project management and executive roles.  He is currently the COO of Silicon Valley Mechanical in San Jose, a mechanical, plumbing and service / maintenance contractor serving the Bay Area commercial construction market.  Brian is passionate about promoting and improving the industry for all contractors and in addition to serving on the NorCal MCA Board, is also serving on the Executive Boards for both Bay Area and California SMACNA.

    Zach Brandner P.E.

    Zach Brandner P.E. is the President of Peterson Mechanical. With 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, serving multiple roles including design engineer, inspector and construction manager, Zach has a comprehensive picture of the construction process. Zach joined Peterson Mechanical in 2007 and has helped bring the company to the forefront of design-build project deliveries for the healthcare, education and technology market sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno and is a registered engineer in the State of California.

  • Mark Collins

    Mark Collins

    Mark is an experienced executive who continually demonstrates the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in an extremely competitive industry, various vertical markets, and fast-paced environments. In his role as the Sr. Vice President and General Manager for EMCOR Services Mesa Energy for Northern California, Mark’s responsibilities include all branch sales, retrofit, and service operations. He oversees and directs employee development, customer relationship promotion and development, and overall performance of the branch. He brings over 35 years of experience in the HVAC industry to his current position. His proven ability to successfully analyze an organization's critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness and improving customer satisfaction make him an essential part of the Mesa Energy's team. His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. In addition, he also holds a California General (B classification) and HVAC Contractor’s License (C 20 classification). Mark and his wife live in San Francisco and enjoy everything the city has to offer. They also enjoy world travel, working out, hiking, and live music.
